Shipping policy

Orders are packed within 24 hours of payment being confirmed.

We are reliant on couriers for delivery. Please refer to your tracking number to follow up on delivery due dates.

We use Courier Guy and Pudo for all deliveries across South Africa. Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

We offer several methods of shipping. Please advise if you have a special request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Studio collection is available at 95 Manning Street, Pretoria by private appointment. Contact Ursula on 082 600 2942 to arrange your collection time.

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss international delivery options and costs.
