Placing Your Order

Simply browse the store, click on any piece you love and click Add to Cart. Once you are ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery details and choose your payment method. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

We encourage you to please ensure you are 100% satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase. Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, replacing an item with exactly the same piece may not be possible.

Absolutely. If you would prefer to place your order directly with Ursula, you are welcome to call or WhatsApp her on 082 600 2942. She can help you select pieces, confirm sizing, advise on fabrics and arrange payment and delivery directly.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, PayPal, EFT (direct bank transfer), PayJustNow and Payflex. PayJustNow and Payflex allow you to split your purchase into interest-free instalments, which is a great option if you would like to spread the cost.

Yes. NamasAham is built on Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details and all transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

Please contact Ursula as soon as possible on 082 600 2942 or shop@namasaham.com if you need to make a change. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment is processed. This email contains your order number and a summary of what you ordered. Please keep it for your records. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Yes. Boutique collection is available at 95 Manning Street, Pretoria. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Boutique visits are by private appointment only, so please contact Ursula on 082 600 2942 to arrange a collection time before coming in.

Yes. If you are buying a gift for someone and are unsure of their size or style preference, a NamasAham gift voucher is the perfect choice. Contact Ursula on 082 600 2942 or shop@namasaham.com to arrange one.

Shipping

Delivery and Shipping

Yes. We ship nationwide across South Africa using Courier Guy and Pudo. Whether you are in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg or a smaller town, we will get your order to you.

International shipping is available on request. Please contact Ursula directly on shop@namasaham.com or WhatsApp to discuss international delivery options and costs before placing your order.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to most major cities and 3 to 5 business days to more remote areas. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

We use Courier Guy and Pudo for all deliveries. Both are reliable South African courier services with door-to-door delivery and Pudo parcel locker options for added convenience.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The exact cost will be shown before you complete payment so there are no surprises.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received this email please check your spam folder or contact Ursula on shop@namasaham.com.

Please contact us immediately at shop@namasaham.com or 082 600 2942 if your order arrives damaged or significantly different from its description. We honour our stock and take every precaution to provide you with a perfectly manufactured item, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Returns

Credits and Returns Policy

Congratulations on your purchase. You have bought one of a handful of selected, unique items and we want you to love it. Our items are often one of a kind pieces, so replacing for exactly the same item may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as you find a fault with your garment so we can make appropriate arrangements.

We encourage you to please ensure you are 100% satisfied before completing your purchase. We honour our stock and take every precaution to provide you with a perfectly manufactured item. Detailed descriptions of the expected fit, materials and sizes are provided for every piece.

In order to qualify for a full store credit (cash refunds are not available), the following must be adhered to:

  • 1Try on your selected garment to ensure comfort and fit as soon as you have received it.
  • 2Inspect your item for satisfaction.
  • 3No Credit No credit on Earrings, Swimwear, Healing products or Marked-down items.
  • 4Returns will only be accepted if we are advised within 3 days of purchase.
  • 5Original price tag must accompany the invoice and the correctly wrapped article.

NamasAham cannot be held responsible for garment damage due to incorrect washing methods. Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment and on our website.

Cash refunds are not available. Where a return qualifies under our policy, we issue a full store credit which can be used towards any purchase on namasaham.com. This applies to all clothing and accessory items, excluding Earrings, Swimwear, Healing products and Marked-down items.

Returns will only be accepted if we are advised within 3 days of purchase. Please try on and inspect your item as soon as you receive it. If there is an issue, contact Ursula immediately on 082 600 2942 or shop@namasaham.com so we can make appropriate arrangements.

The following items cannot be returned or credited under any circumstances:

No Returns Earrings for hygiene reasons.

No Returns Swimwear for hygiene reasons.

No Returns Healing products including crystals and sacred items.

No Returns Marked-down items from The Sale Rail and The Silver Store. These are sold as final sale.

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing any of these items.

Contact Ursula directly on shop@namasaham.com or 082 600 2942 within 3 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number ready. Ursula will guide you through the process and advise on how to return the item. The item must be returned with the original price tag, invoice and correctly wrapped.

When selecting a gift for someone else, we recommend considering a NamasAham Gift Voucher rather than choosing a specific garment. Because our pieces are one of a kind and sizing is personal, a gift voucher allows the recipient to choose something they truly love in exactly the right size. Sizing

Sizing and Fit

The NamasAham range runs from XS to 5XL across the full clothing collection, covering South African dress sizes 32 to 54 and beyond. We believe the divine wears every shape. Visit our Size Guide for full measurement tables.

Free Size at NamasAham does not mean one size fits all in the traditional sense. It means the garment has a relaxed, flowing or adjustable cut that naturally accommodates a wider range of body shapes than a standard fixed-size garment. Most Free Size pieces work comfortably across South African sizes 34 to 44 and often beyond. When in doubt, ask Ursula before purchasing as she knows every piece personally.

Check the sizing information in each product description. Then compare your measurements against our Size Guide. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact Ursula on WhatsApp and she will advise you personally before you complete your purchase.

Natural cottons may shrink up to 2cm but tend to reshape with wear. Most NamasAham pieces are made from natural or semi-natural fabrics including rayon, silk blends, chiffon and cotton. Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. In most cases hand washing in cool water with a bleach-free washing powder and hanging to dry away from direct sunlight is recommended.

The Brand

About NamasAham

NamasAham Transcendental Boudoir is a South African bohemian and free-spirit fashion brand based in Pretoria. We specialise in exotic, creative and unusual clothing, jewellery and sacred home décor. Pieces that are one of a kind, handcrafted or carefully curated from local and international sources. After 3 years as a travelling market boudoir, we opened our boutique in April 2021 and have expanded online to reach customers across South Africa and beyond.

NamasAham is derived from ancient Sanskrit. You may recognise the second person version, Namaste, meaning a bow in deep reverence to the light inside you. NamasAham turns this inward. Aham means I, the Self. The word is understood as a bow, in deep reverence, to the divine in me.

Many pieces are handcrafted including our jewellery, sacred leather items and selected clothing. Others are curated from skilled local South African artists and imported from India. Every piece is selected by Ursula personally for its quality, craftsmanship and alignment with the NamasAham aesthetic.

Every piece in the NamasAham range exists once in its exact colour and print combination. The same style may appear again in a new print or colourway, but this exact version will never be repeated. This is not a marketing claim. It is simply the nature of how we source and create. When you buy from NamasAham you are buying something that no one else in the world will have.

  • 1Hand wash your imported garment with a bleach-free washing powder to ensure longevity of the fabrics.
  • 2Avoid fabric softeners. They often contain animal fats which trap stains between fibres.
  • 3Natural cottons may shrink up to 2cm but tend to reshape with wear over time.
  • 4Many of our items are hand dyed. Please hand wash separately for the first few washes to avoid colour transfer.
  • 5All textiles prefer drying away from direct sunlight. Turn the garment inside out before drying.
